About Matthew Coscia

Matt graduated cum laude from Villanova University with a degree in Accounting and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. He worked at Deloitte and AIG, Inc. before venturing into real estate. Born and raised in Staten Island, Matthew is a graduate of Staten Island Technical High School. Because of his deep roots here, he is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Staten Island.

A consummate professional, he takes the time to understand his client's wants and needs and strives to make every transaction as smooth and worry-free as possible.

Matt is a sports enthusiast and enjoys playing/watching basketball, football, and baseball. He likes to travel and plans to visit all 50 US states. He is also a licensed Realtor® in New Jersey, focusing on Ocean & Monmouth Counties. Matt has been the recipient of the Circle of Excellence Award and was voted the “Best of the Best” Real Estate Agent per the Asbury Park Press.
